It is with a deep sadness that the families of the Serigne Feus Ousmane Niang and Fatou Nar Diagne, parents of the deceased residing in the street 5 × 8 Medina Dakar, the family of the late El Hadj Mokhtar Niang of Rebess Dakar, the family of the late Amadou Moustapha Sar, former police commissioner and husband of the deceased, as well as the Mbaye, Sy and Ndiay of Dakar and Dakar and Dakar Saint-Louis, their parents and allies, announce the recall to God of Hadjaratou Seynabou Niang, affectionately known as Adja Fama Niang. She was the mother of our collaborator, Papa Massamba Sar.
Adja Fama Niang died peacefully on Saturday 03 May 2025 in Dakar, leaving behind an immense void in the hearts of her relatives and all those who knew her. In this painful circumstance, the editorial staff of Dakaracu presents his sincere condolences to his collaborator, Papa Massamba Sar, to all his family and his relatives. We show them our support and our deep sympathy.
The lifting of the body and the mortuary prayer will take place this Sunday, May 04, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the Great Mosque El Mansour in Grand Dakar. Burial will follow in the Muslim cemetery of Yoff.
The condolences will be received at his home located at Zone A, Villa number 69 B, opposite the Sainte Thérèse school.
