The Ali Zaoua Academy of the Culture Trades organizes, in partnership with the European Union in Morocco, the Drosos Foundation and the National Human Development Initiative (INDH), a new Talk inspired by female leadership in cultural and creative industries.

This meeting will be held this Friday, May 2, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at the National School of Commerce and Management of Fez, in the presence of a renowned guest: Neila Tazi. Producer, entrepreneur and unmissable figure in the Moroccan cultural landscape, Neila Tazi is also president of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the Chamber of Advisors and heads A3 Communication, a company at the origin of many major cultural projects. She is notably known for having piloted the Gnaoua and World Music Festival in Essaouira, which has become a reference on the African and international artistic scene.

This talk, entitled “Pleidoyer, cultural policy and female leadership in ICCs”, is aimed at students, young professionals and leaders of cultural projects. It will offer a reflection on the way women influence cultural policies, initiate innovative projects, and actively participate in the transformation of the creative sector. Through concrete testimonies and an in -depth exchange, the discussion will highlight the bridges between the political world, cultural entrepreneurship and artistic creation, while questioning the levers to build a more inclusive and lasting cultural ecosystem.

Moderation will be provided by Sanae Zaim, journalist and TV & Radio host, recognized for the quality of her exchanges with the actors of the cultural world. This meeting is open to the public and is intended to be a space of inspiration, dialogue and transmission, faithful to the mission given by the Ali Zaoua Academy: to enhance the inspiring routes and to feed the cultural vocations of the young generations.

Launched by the Ali Zaoua Foundation, the Academy offers vocational training focused on culture professions, priority accessible to young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods. It aims to strengthen their skills and promote their integration into the cultural sector, by participating in the revitalization of cultural places or in the creation of new centers.
