As a result, it is addressed, as long as we are part of an objective approach, the question of the Sahara systematically refers us to historical truth. That of a conflict of models, cyclical for sure, because it opposes two systems, two states, two governments and, soon if we take care, two peoples. For the moment, Morocco and Algeria are like two countries “which are looking at each other and are observed like earthenware dogs » !
This is a conflict that does not have its equivalent throughout the history of the 20th and 20th centuries. For those who have followed him from the start, in other words since 1974, there is indeed as the temptation of discouragement or even despair. The deceased former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Mohamed Benaïssa – may God have him in his Holy Mercy – told me with an unwakened but modest irony that ” The problem in this case is that we have tried all possible and imaginable keys, but the lock has never accepted them… » !
All realistic he had become at the end, he did not think so well. More than fifty-two years, in fact, have passed since Algeria took part to officially and without interruption of the kingdom of Morocco. She decided to wage war already in 1963, barely his independence obtained, attacking Figuig, pretending that we do not know what a fallacious reason and shouting thereafter to a pseudo ” Hogra », Having become the unfortunate and sinister hideout hung on his pediment, calling for a revenge, rising his people against that of Morocco, an undecrotable deadly complex that reason does not justify and which is to psychoanalysis what deviance or even perversion is on the subject.
Everything therefore invites us to this frightening observation: the inconvenience of a regime which denys its commitments and renounces itself, its expansionist obsession to want to acquire a dimension that it does not have, and which never ceases to threaten its neighbors, including relatives, exponential blackmail ever mastered against all those who resist its campaigns of pressure or intimidation, the coarse lies debited by the leaders, including Tebboune, Who takes himself for Nero but does not lead to it, in particular against an irreversible complexity which characterizes the region of the Sahel, the Maghreb and the continent …

The betrayal of the border agreements of 1961
Nothing helps! We have understood, death in the soul and for decades that, deliberately renouncing its commitments – especially on the borders during the history meets in Rabat between King Hassan II and the president of the Gpra Farhat Abbas in July 1961 -, trampling them later, the Algerian leaders nourished the suicidal fantasy of territorial expansionism to the detriment of Morocco. Boumediene, alias Boukharrouba, was the herald of this crusade which is to cynicism what betrayal is to hypocrisy. At the 1974 Arabic summit, organized in Rabat, he never ceased to coach the room and caress in the direction of the hair Hassan II’s decision to make that year that of the diplomatic battle to release the Sahara.
Colonel Mouamar Gaddafi, plunged into his Nassérienne diversion mythomaniac created and financed the Polisario in 1974 with the objective of overthrowing the Moroccan monarchical regime. Boumediene, in her rage to avenge the famous “hogra” and swept away by the hatred of Morocco, will recover the separatists of the Polisario – which must be remembered in the name of the historical truth that they are all Moroccan and Mauritanians – with this suggestion which had been made to him by his services of “sowing a grain” in the Moroccan shoe …
An all -round war
Algeria will have since continued, with the same furious obstinacy, to fight the kingdom of Morocco, on all levels: political, strategic, economic by breaking its gas and its oil, diplomatic by buying ruby on the nail with millions of dollars the representatives of the African States during the summits of the OUA (which became in 2000 the UA), thus conditioning unilateral votes against Morocco Summits. This will lead Morocco to withdraw from the Pan -African organization in November 1984…
It was up to our country to face a continent for the most part hostile to our cause alone. Armed with the decision of the International Court of Justice (CIJ) rendered on October 15, 1975 which confirmed our irrepressible rights, the Tripartite Agreement of Madrid, signed a month later, on November 14, with Spain and Mauritania, in accordance with the rule of international law. Boumediene had then bitten the dust and officially engaged in a war of wear, mobilizing considerable means, seriously obeying the budgets of her country, launching an all -round war …
Boumediene died on December 27, 1978, swept away by a serious illness. His successors, growing up in the same hatred against Morocco, will not change the line of conduct in no way. Except for a certain Mohamed Boudiaf who had at heart-he had told us himself-to settle the conflict in 1992, when he left Kenitra after a 26-year-old exile before being coldly murdered live on June 29, 1992 in Annaba in full speech before his people.
Boudiaf, a quickly broken hope
Mohamed Boudiaf was perhaps the only voice which bore peace in his soul, an idea of Morocco-Algerian normalization, the sponsors of his assassination-including a certain Taoufik Mediene, general of his state and boss of the secret services which devoted the most radical hostility towards Morocco-had therefore broken the only and fragile hope of standardization between the two peoples. The army then strengthened its grip on the country, especially since a civil war settled there for ten years, qualified as a black decade, killing more than 200,000 and emptying the country of its best sons …
A military regime from a pronouncement In June 1965, entirely dedicated since then to the hatred of Morocco, striving to destroy it, deploying countless means, moving to the teeth, fighting our territorial integrity and our national unity, little or never respectful of the neighborhood, cultivating the abraceabrant lie towards its people overwhelmed with evils, left on behalf and plunged into illusion and derision, and then Greatness, the regional expansionism erected in state doctrine, a general Chengriha podagre and discredited, this is where we are: the Sahara affair would come to be settled, that the Algerian regime would find there. He cheerfully tramples the relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council, refuses to submit to it and plays the solitary and dangerous destabilizer. The UN is, we can no longer, defeat?
The option of an armed conflict
If by chance it imposed the political solution that our country has offered since 2007 and which receives the almost unanimous support of the world community, then there would be in Algeria only to submit or to resolve … Unless it opts – and everything pushes us to take care of it – for the flight forward to get started – that God does not please! – in an armed conflict with Morocco…. SAUF that a armed conflict has its price, here the heaviest. The generals of Algiers are certainly made an abstract idea of conflicts and do not realize-in particular the ulterical push that is Chengriha-which to give in to the temptation of the famous dilemma ” All or nothing », Would be mistaken about the dramatic consequences of their infigilance towards the peoples who are innocent, young and peaceful …
