The first forecasts are now known, with disturbances this Monday on several lines of Transilians and RERs because of the strike movement which begins at the SNCF.

On line H, Traffic will be “disturbed on the entire line except between Pontoise and Creil” with “suppressions to be expected”. On lines N, U and V One in two train will run on Monday.

On the RER side, that the SNCF manages in part, disturbances are to be expected in particular on Lines B (one in two train to the north and two out of three trains south of the line on Monday May 5 and Tuesday May 6) and C (one in two train). On the Rr efour out of five trains will circulate this Monday. On the RER Dthe traffic will be “slightly disturbed between Juvisy/Malesherbes and Corbeil/Melun” from Tuesday May 6 and “very strongly disturbed” from Wednesday May 7.

Several lines had alerted its users at the start of the weekend on these disturbances. This is the case of the RER B, the X account of which spoke on Friday of “disturbances from Monday May 5”. The Transilian Transilian line H also announced a “slightly disturbed traffic” on Monday. The N and U lines claimed that traffic would be “disturbed” from the start of the week.

The SNCF had indicated on Sunday morning that “localized disturbances” would be “to be expected at the start of the week on certain regional lines or in Île-de-France”. “For the circulation of regional trains and in Île-de-France, the information is communicated the day before at 5 pm on the usual canals,” added the railway company.

Nationally, the boss of SNCF Travelers Christophe Fanichet was this reassuring Sunday morning. “We are far from a dark week,” he said in an interview with AFP, saying to aim “that everyone has a train”. In detail, the SNCF ensures that “circulations will be normal from Monday 5 to Thursday, May 8 on TGV”.

For the rest of the week, the railway company claims that “almost all customers will have its planned train.” “And if we have to cancel certain trains we aim to offer each customer to travel on the day on the day scheduled for their destination. We will make a new point on traffic forecasts for the May 8 bridge at the start of the week, ”she completed.

Several categories of staff are called upon to strike on Monday by the CGT-Cheminots and South Rail to claim an increase in remuneration and better anticipation of the schedules, too often modified at the last minute according to them. For the May 8 bridge, a collective influential of controllers called National ASCT collective (CNA) joined the call for mobilization, giving it a magnitude.
