Friborg police arrested last Saturday to Vuisternens-Devant-Romont two 17-year-old minors who had tried to escape control with a scooter. They are suspected of having committed several burglaries, notably in restaurants, in the canton.

-(Keystone-ATS) The damage is estimated at more than 15,000 francs in cash and the damage caused to several thousand francs, the Friborg cantonal police said on Friday. The latter was able to recover and restore part of the booty to the lesés, said the press release.
The two young people will have to answer for their acts before the competent minors’ judge. Domiciled in the region, they are suspected of having committed, since the beginning of February, more than a dozen burglaries, mainly in restaurants, in the canton of Friborg.
During their hearing, the two minors admitted all the offenses. During the arrest, despite the warning signals, the driver of the scooter fled, committing several traffic offenses in passing.
At the time of the excavation, a foot-off and a large quantity of doubtful currency were notably discovered, the press release continued. Police placed the two individuals in provisional arrest.
