In our Senegalese Constitution, it is well mentioned that human life is sacred … Unfortunately several facts tend to show that we are helping powerlessness: the victims of the Le Joola boat, the multiple cases of accidents (fatal bursts of building, drowning in retention basins, children’s disappearances, fire devastors, drowning in watercourses and Roads, bush fires with dark origins, fatal lightning, fatal accidents at sea, death by the alleged negligence of medical services, fatal jostles in stadiums ….) cause strong fleeting emotions but hardly know in deepening judicial follow -up … The only and constant verdict noted is to accuse God … or all these accidents have a rational explanation To identify the causes, the origin the manager or even the culprit … Unfortunately we are content to row everything to the irrational and therefore to take refuge behind fatalism … which results in the promotion of impunity and also of the persistence of evil … for how long?
