Last year, the security forces dismantled a network that dispossed its victims and used this “Samaoui” scam technique, recalls the publication. Three people, including a woman, had been arrested and referred to the competent justice. These crooks, which operated near the seats of banks and road stations in several cities of the Kingdom, made many victims before their arrest.
