The flu remains the most active respiratory pathology in the region, although the signals are down. In Martinique, 315 clinical cases were reported (compared to 635 on average over the previous 4 weeks) and only 3 emergency passes were noted, without hospitalization. In Guadeloupe, 165 clinical cases were noted with 2 hospitalizations. Saint-Martin displays a stability of the indicators, and Saint-Barthélemy officially leaves the epidemic phase.

Since the start of the season, 11 serious cases in resuscitation have been recorded in Martinique and 18 in Guadeloupe, figures being consolidated.

Stable indicators for COVVID

In all territories, the indicators linked to the COVVI-19 remain low. In Martinique and Guadeloupe, both city consultations and hospitalizations are at a low level.

Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy record a slight increase in consultations, without hospital impact: no transition to emergencies or hospitalization has been reported. Hospital positivity rates are very low, not exceeding 4 %.

Lull for bronchiolitis

Bronchiolitis continues its decline. In Martinique and Guadeloupe, emergency passages and hospitalizations are decreasing or stable. Positivity rates are zero, a sign of an end of the season. In Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, the infection remains sporadic, without any hospital impact.
