This program, supported by global funding of nearly 4 million euros – including 3 million from the digital segur (European funds) and € 800,000 provided by the Inca – is based on the expertise of regional actors, grades and DSRC, managers of regional platforms of the Communicant Cancer (DCC).

Towards simplified and secure access to PPS for all care players
The PPS in oncology is a key document in individualized monitoring of the care path. Its integration at My health space Mark a significant advance towards a more transparent, more connected and centered health system.
Calls for projects encourage the development of interoperable regional solutions, aligned with national technical and ethical standards. Ultimately, around 5 million pps should be integrated into My health space.
Three phases to structure the deployment
The device is articulated in three phases:

Phase 1 : Technical development of PPS integration tools.

Phase 2 : Regional deployment of validated solutions.

Phase 3 : Support for uses and monitoring of implementation indicators.
The first two phases are grouped in a first call for projects, the third is the subject of a second AAP focused on the adoption and effective use of PPS by health establishments.
This program is a continuation of national policies such as My health 2022the Digital health segur and the ten-year cancer strategy 2021-2030.

The Communicating Cancer (DCC) file
The DCC brings together the essential documents of the care course in oncology, facilitating coordination between health professionals, which they exercise in town or in the hospital. In particular, it includes the PPS, the reports, therapeutic proposals and support care, according to nationally harmonized standards.
About the National Cancer Institute (INCa)
The Inca, a public agency created in 2004, coordinates the fight against cancers in France in a global approach: prevention, screening, care, research and innovation. He notably manages the ten-year strategy to combat cancers 2021-2030.
