What is your morning routine?
Claire Thomson-Jonville. “I get up around 5:30 a.m., I turn on a candle, I prepare a protein shake and do meditation. I then have a yoga routine and weight lifting that takes me about 30 minutes. I like to have a moment of calm to prepare myself mentally. After, I wake up my children, I prepare breakfast, I dress them and take them to school. one hour with my coach and I go to work.

Your ideal breakfast?
I practice intermittent fasting, so I don’t eat anything before noon.

What is the best high intensity training?
Barry’s Bootcamp is the most effective I have found – that I am in Los Angeles, London, New York or Paris, the 50 -minute format is the same. I go there a little by dragging my feet at the start, but I go out euphoric.
