The weekend is approaching and we are monitoring two disturbances that could reach Quebec. Interior or exterior activities? Find out how to plan your Saturday and Sunday, according to your sector!
Packed like sardines
For the image, one could say that many sectors of Quebec will feel cramped this weekend! Indeed, the beautiful province will be taken between two depressional systems: one present in the south and other small disturbances which pass further north. The good news? Yes, there is one! Most regions of the province pass between these two systems. Thus, it should be a pretty beautiful weekend for certain sectors.
More specifically, on Saturday, there will be risks of showers for southern Quebec, notably the Great Region of Montreal and Estrie. It will be pretty cloudy during the day. Also to be watched further in the north, on the side of Abitibi, James and Chibougamau, precipitation that could be mixed.
A slightly capricious sun
On Sunday, a similar scenario continues. However, we are talking more about an overflow of clouds than showers for the second day of the weekend. A highly appreciated release is planned for the sectors further north, especially in the north of the Laurentians, Mauricie and the Capitale-Nationale. However, for the extreme south of the province, it will be more cloudy. These sectors should expect a covered sky with a few clarifieds at times. The more we head north, the more we risk crossing the sun on our way.
On the natural brightness side, we can therefore talk about a fairly gray weekend for southern Quebec. We can still rejoice by saying that the weekend will not be completely spoiled either. It will not be rain from start to finish. That’s already it!
A comforting mercury
And the Quebec thermometer? What will be his mood? For most sectors, temperatures will be cooler on Saturday than on Sunday, but will remain close to seasonal norms. For the south, the mercury will oscillate between 14 ° and 19 °.
In summary: it will certainly not be a perfect weekend, but it could be worse! Sunday, temperatures will be pleasant to be outside, for example to start living with hope by preparing your land, your courtyard or your balcony for the beautiful days to come from the summer season!
