At Lyon Entreprises, we are used to meeting innovative, ambitious and deeply rooted companies in their territory. But some names come back more often than others when questioning the economic actors of the region. This is how we heard of Bloomea, an accounting firm like no other in Lyon 3rd. Intrigued by this craze, we went to meet them.
And what we discovered there largely deserves attention.
An adventure for two, born of a rare complementarity
Laëtitia Frichet and Morgane Saclier, co -founders of the firm, have not only united their accounting skills: they above all combined two visions of the profession, two temperaments and the same desire to replace humans at the heart of expertise. Laëtitia, a graduate of the DEC in 2013, worked for more than 15 years in medium -sized firms where she notably managed a team of 10 people. Morgane, younger but just as experienced, obtained her debit diploma in 2018. Together, they worked eight years before founding Bloomea in September 2019.
Behind this sweet and evocative name hides a whole program: “Bloomea” comes from “Bloom” – flowering in English – and embodies the idea of support that allows each company to grow, to flourish. The “e” of “them” and the nod to artificial intelligence (IA) are all references that reflect their will to combine meaning and modernity.
An accounting office with a human face
What strikes by entering Bloomea is not the stack of studious files or silence. It is the warmth of the welcome, the relaxed atmosphere and the sincere smile of the team. Here, we are talking true. We take the time to know the customer, his activity, his brakes, his ambitions.
“We wanted to create a cabinet in which we would have liked to work and that we would have liked to choose as managers”says Morgane. “And it goes through a real proximity. Not a marketing promise, but a reality of everyday life.”
This vision is reflected in their customer relationships: VSEs, SMEs, liberal professions, restaurateurs, medical professions, freelances … Bloomea is not limited to a sector but to a philosophy: to be the trusted partner of entrepreneurs.
Human, yes – but with advanced tools
This positioning does not mean renouncing technology, quite the contrary. Bloomea has equipped himself as soon as it was created to support the digitalization of accounting. Dext, Pennylane, ACD, Meg: here, the data is fluid, centralized, treated in real time. And it is precisely thanks to these tools that collaborators can release time to focus on the essentials: advice, piloting, active listening.
“What makes the added value of a chartered accountant today is no longer the seizure. This is support”, underlines Laëtitia. “And to accompany, you have to get time, be aware, reactive. Digital allows it.”
This technological turn, Morgane has fully embraced it. Coming from a family bathed in computer science, it brings this geek sensitivity to the office and does not hesitate to test, configure, improve the tool for each customer. A good configuration is (almost) life, she said, smiling.
A cabinet on a human scale, committed for equality
Another peculiarity of Bloomea: its 100 % female team, with an average age of 30 years. It is not a displayed militant choice, but an assumed, embodied reality. Laëtitia does not hide her feminist commitment: “When I started, I was told: the professions that feminize are lost in prestige. I took it as a challenge.” Today, she wants to show that accounting expertise can be exercised with rigor, sweetness, humor and intuition.
This atypical positioning attracts a clientele that is looking for something else: a firm where you are listened to, recognized, supported. And it works. The word of mouth has bloomed far beyond Lyon, to Grenoble, Marseille or Paris, where the team begins to make itself known.
Offices in their image, at Mamoworks
Their location at Mamaworks, a high -end coworking space in the heart of Lyon, reflects their state of mind: modern, collaborative, flexible. The offices are bright, fluid exchanges, animated coffee breaks. We meet customers, partners, freelancers, and of course the team, always available and involved.
Well-being at work is a real subject for Bloomea. Regular training, possible teleworking, birthday day offered, gym, terrace, table football: everything is thought of so that the collaborators flourish. And it feels in the quality of service.
Serene growth, but ambitious
In just a few years, Bloomea has gone from an idea brought by two women to a local benchmark for accounting expertise. Their human approach, combined with perfect control of financial and tax issues, seduces new entrepreneurs each month.
But Laëtitia and Morgane do not seek to become an XXL cabinet. “We do not want to grow to grow. We want to grow intelligently. Keeping this direct link with customers, this quality of exchange is our priority.”
Today, their influence extends, their team too. They keep gaining visibility, proof that their positioning is bearing fruit.
A cabinet that deserves to be known
At Lyon Entreprises, we were impressed by energy, sincerity and the vision carried by Laetitia and Morgane. It is a cabinet that does not cheat. Who doesn’t play start-ups to make it pretty. But which reinvents, in its own way, an essential profession: that of supporting managers on a daily basis, with professionalism, kindness and agility.
Most recently, Laetitia added a new string to her bow by becoming a statutory auditor, thus strengthening the service of this already exemplary firm. A natural evolution for this committed expert, which allows Bloomea to offer even more complete support to companies in search of transparency and reliability.
