The Philips 55Oled809 is not as well endowed as the OLED909, but it remains an excellent choice for those looking for a very complete TV. It offers impressive contrasts thanks to the OLED, but also an astonishing sound system, a pivotal foot and, of course, Ambilight lighting for a higher immersion. We still regret an HDR colorimetry and an imperfect gamma, as well as the presence of two HDMI 2.1 ports only.

For a few years, LG has been hit hard with its C range and this LG 55C3 – 55 inch (140 cm) version of the LG 65C3 that we have tested – is still an excellent reference. Admittedly, the developments are lean compared to the C2, but we appreciate the increase in the maximum brightness of the slab. The versatility of the TV is always there to enjoy his films at home and almost compromised games, the best technologies being reserved for the LG G3, the most high-end model of the manufacturer.
