Expedition 33 for having created one of the best rated games in history

Compliments with regard to Clear obscure: Expedition 33 are linked for Sandfall Interactive. After the creator of another excellent RPG released the same week and even the old PlayStation executive Shuhei Yoshida have acclaimed the FRPG released a week ago, now the French president Emmanuel Macron also addressed a congratulating message to Guillaume Brochethe director of the game, and his team. A reaction that we had not necessarily seen coming to be honest.

In a comment shared on a post Instagram From the studio, Macron actually praised the work of the game teams and the success of the latter.

“A million copies and to date one of the best rated games in history: and yes, it’s French! Bravo to Sandfall Interactive and all the creators of Expedition 33. You make the audacity and French creativity shine”

You are surely without knowing that the first RPG of Sandfall Interactive experienced a dazzling start, with a total of 500,000 copies sold in 24 hours. A figure that quickly doubled to reach the million copies sold in just three days. A score all the more crazy since it does not include the players who took part in the adventure via the Game Pass.

Developed by the new Sandfall Interactive studio, Clear obscure: Expedition 33 is an RPG in turn strongly inspired by classics of the genre. He follows an expedition team in a post-apocalyptic world where, each year, a giant being called the serious painting a number on his monolith and erases from the surface of the earth all those who are older than this one. Your mission will therefore be to break this infernal cycle by destroying the painter.

For our part, we have given him the perfect note of 10/10, in a complete test that you can find in the columns of IGN France. A perfect note to salute the audacity and the overall quality of the experience despite some minor and inherent defects in AA productions. A beautiful 10/10 or baguette/20, of your choice.
