The High Court of Mbour (Small Coast) returned its verdict in a case combining land swindle, private revenge and false romantic meetings. S. Fall, M. Diouf, K. Cissé and C. Cissé were sentenced to six (6) months suspended prison sentence for having removed and violently assaulted Mr. Ndiaye, whom they accused of having sold them a valid title.
According to the observer, it all started in June 2024, when a field of 500 m² at Médinatoul Salam is sold to K. Cissé for 3.8 million CFA francs. But during the attempted regularization, no legal document is found, and the plot is not to belong to the seller, Mr. Ndiaye, who vanished with money.
Determined to recover the funds, Mr. Diouf, intermediary in the transaction, sets up an ambush with his partner S. Fall. The latter contacted the target via Tiktok, under a false identity, simulating a sentimental relationship and fixing it at a hotel in Saly Portudal on April 18, 2025.
Upon his arrival, Mr. Ndiaye was beaten, tied up, then locked in the trunk of a vehicle by M. Diouf, K. and C. Cissé. A police patrol alerted by stirring, intercepted the car and saved the victim, hospitalized in a worrying state. The avenging couple was placed in detention.
According to the newspaper, during the hearing, the prosecutor requested three (3) months firm. The court sentenced the four defendants to six months suspended sentence and to the payment of a million CFA francs to the victim for damages.
