Right after, he rejected the request of Rhéal Dallaire, a real estate developer who would be linked to organized crime and who also faces a multitude of various civil proceedings, totaling the huge sum of $ 100 million.

“We can doubt solvency [de Dallaire]», Besides, noted the magistrate.

The dispute between Hélène Boudreau and Dallaire dates back to 2021, while the woman known for her sexual content wanted to “diversify her income”. Due to its occupations, however, she had difficulty “obtaining standard funding”, according to court documents.

All his savings

It was there that she would have met Rhéal Dallaire, who would have offered her help by suggesting her to act as a nominee for her. Putting confidence, Hélène Boudreau would have poured her all her savings, more than a million dollars, to acquire two triplexes in the Lachine sector, in Montreal.

There would have been several negotiations accompanied by pressure to have documents signed for the young woman, on the pretext that without that, she could not re -make her money.

Well -prepared

Dallaire tried to raise this order, by reporting, among other things, that nothing indicated that he would be unable to pay in the event of a defeat at the Court.

Hélène Boudreau was however well prepared to lead this battle, since she produced an investigation report explaining that Dallaire had no good in her name and that he was the subject of prosecution totaling more than $ 100 million. One of the companies targeted by the prosecution is involved in 26 civil disputes, while its only good is … a car lease.

“They did not challenge the veracity of these allegations, which are confirmed by investigation reports,” said the judge.

Unless an amicable settlement, the case will be heard on the merits on a later date.
