Jihyo bought a pure building several million euros!
According to information published in the Business media on May 2, the member of Twice bought a building in Sungsu-Dong, in the Sungdong-Gu district in Seoul, for 4 billion Wons (around 2.5 million euros).
According to the revelations of the sources, the young woman has made cash payment, immediately paying for the entire sum.
The transaction was carried out last March, and its property was transferred to Jihyo at the end of March. In April, Jihyo was finally recorded as a residential owner, also declaring his building as a rental property.
Built in 1986, the building is almost 40 years old. It consists of a basement and three floors above the ground. It currently houses a real estate agency and a restaurant on the ground floor, offices on the second floor, and housing on the third floor. The building is a 10-minute walk from several lively commercial areas of Seongsu-Dong.
Experts also believe that Jihyo probably bought the building for its future value as a unit along the redevelopment area on the edge of the Han River.
