Founded in 1949 and led by a team of five directors, the HE DOES, Large conservative and liberal daily, is a reference tool in German business circles and intellectuals. More than 300 editors and 40 correspondents abroad participate in its development, which makes it largely independent of press agencies.
It has long been distinguished by its refusal of color and image. In 2007, the image of one appears for the first time.
