After several unsuccessful experiences with halal butchers, the father decided to draw inspiration from the Carnicecería Simón where he works: “I will follow the way this butcher’s shop has been managed for over 60 years. I want to give the same treatment, the same flavor, the same product ”. Thus, Rachid offers ham, chorizo in slices, marinated ribs and other specialties of Bilbao. “I consider myself a very good pork cutter, even if I am not a Christian,” he quips.

Maybe I am criticized because I manage well, “he said. For Rachid, the most important thing is to adapt to your environment: “If I want to look for halal customers, I have to go to my country”.
