In a statement to the same media, Al-Hussein, a member of the management of one of the largest hotels in the ocher city, said that “many hotels recorded large filling rates during the month of April. This is due to the coincidence of this month with the spring holidays enjoyed by citizens (tourists) in several European countries ”.

According to him, managing to fill nearly 360 rooms in a five -star hotel is a positive thing, but it is not surprising for the city of Marrakech, because “April generally represents an opportunity for many European tourists to enjoy the pleasant climate of the city, after a winter often difficult in Europe”. In addition, “city hotels are starting, as of April, to intensify the offers offered to their customers; Offers that vary according to the seasons, before reaching their peak during the summer, ”added Al-Hussein. A manager of a five -star hotel establishment confirms: “The tourism sector in Marrakech experienced a positive dynamic during the month of April; Which is usual every year ”.
-According to this manager, this recovery is explained by two main factors: “the improvement of the climate and the spring holidays which are spread over the month”. She wanted to clarify that “April is among the most active months in reservations, alongside the months of August and October”. According to him, the French dominated the list of arrivals. They are followed by Moroccans, then Spanish, without forgetting the British as well. “The duration of stays has varied between less than a week and more than 15 days, especially for tourists who came to Morocco for professional reasons,” she said.
