A tribute to Aboubakar Cissé
Alongside her husband, the ex-president of the Union of Democrats and Independents (UDI) Jean-Christophe Lagarde, the councilor delivered a speech to pay tribute to Aboubakar Cissé. This 22-year-old Malian was killed dozens of stab wounds at the Grande-Combe Mosque in the Gard last week.
