Since January 1, 2025, the Gers department, in collaboration with the State and the National Housing Improvement Agency (ANAH), has launched a France Rénov ‘territorial pact. This system is also supported by the community of communes Coteaux Arraits Gimone (3CAG). The France Rénov ‘counter, led by the Adil du Gers services (Departmental Information Agency on Housing) and the CAUE (Architecture, Town Planning and Environment Council) of the Gers, offers neutral, personalized and free support to help households make their renovation project concretize. He informs, advises and guides households in particular for obtaining financial aid which depend on the nature of the work envisaged and the income of the household. Who is this service for? : to owners occupying or lessor with an energy renovation project or adaptation to loss of autonomy. You can contact this counter by phone on 05 62 67 31 30 on the following hours: – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 -hers; – Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The France Rénov ‘counter welcomes the public only by appointment. Monthly permanence is provided each 3rd Thursday of the month from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., by appointment only, at the 3CAG headquarters, 53 boulevard du Nord in Gimont.
