
It is an ambitious project which aims to make the learning of swimming accessible to all, in particular to children of the territory, by overcoming geographic constraints thanks to a mobile and adapted solution.
The Val d’Allos offers a new experience of swimming and aquatic discovery in the heart of the village, thanks to the mobile aquatic center installed on the pre-de-firest square, and which will welcome children from May 12 to 24.
A territory in lack of infrastructure
The pool truck is equipped with heated pools, between 28 and 29 ° C for water and 30 ° C for air, as well as three changing rooms, a shower and toilet.
This initiative is a major opportunity for children in Haut Verdon, in a mountain territory where access to aquatic equipment remains limited. By making the learning of swimming accessible directly at the heart of the village, the town is concretely committed to equal opportunities and the safety of the youngest in the face of water -related risks.
Squaring courses supervised by qualified personnel will be offered for children aged 3 to 12, with the objectives of evolving in complete safety in the aquatic environment, gradually reaching autonomy in water, learning the basics of swimming, knowing how to swim.
On the program: Sunday May 18 morning, free aquagym and aquaphobia sessions on registration. Saturday May 17 and 24: entertainment and discoveries with the Sport and Health Cap Verdon house which will offer a workshop assessment of physical condition and a balance workshop. But also: yoga, gym, ping pong, initiation to first aid, refreshment bar and cakes offered by the association of parents of students (APE).
This project, supported by the Princess Charlène of Monaco Foundation, is carried by the APE d’Allos in partnership with the municipality, TRED Union, AQWA ITINERIS.
To be expected for each lesson: swimsuit, bathing cap, towel, shower or soap, spare hold, pool glasses (optional). For 3 -year -old children: compulsory water layer jersey and recommended glasses. Experience exclusively reserved for children from Haut Verdon.
