“This is not the case of Anderlecht”: Chrístos Tzólis warns the Mauves before the final of the Belgian Cup – all football

Bruges will approach the final of the Cup against Anderlecht with great confidence. By repeating the commands of the champions’ play-offs again, the Blauw in Zwart put pressure on the union and the KRC Genk. In great shape, Christos Tzolis spoke after the match against the Gantoise.

After a disappointing 1 in 6 against the Union, the Bruges club had to pull itself together against the Gantoise, the least efficient of the champions’ play-off teams. And yet, it was the Buffalos that opened the brand after half an hour of play.

But just before the break, Vermant equalized, and in the quarter of an hour following half-time, the Bruges club took off to lead 4-1 thanks to a double of vermant and a new goal from tzolis. A victory that allows Blauw in Zwart to strengthen their confidence before the Belgian Cup final on Sunday against Anderlecht.

A confidence found, especially for Christos Tzolis, author of his sixth goal in these play-offs. “It was a full match on our part. We were led, but I had the feeling that we always had everything under control,” he said.

“We may have had a little trouble with the heat in the first half,” recognized the Greek, which however ended the match. Conversely, Anderlecht aligned his team B a few days before the Cup final.

Tzólis warns Anderlecht that Bruges is ready

“We play for the title, which is not the case of Anderlecht. Their goal is clearly to win this final. But we are used to playing twice a week due to the Champions League, and we will be ready to lift the Cup,” concludes Greek.
