On Sunday April 6, 2025 at 3 p.m., the Ligue 1 match will take place at Bollaert-delelis stadium opposing the Lens and Saint-Etienne teams.
-In order to guarantee the smooth running of this meeting, as well as the safety of people and in agreement with the managers of the two clubs, Jacques Billant, prefect of Pas-de-Calais, decided by decree of April 2, 2025 attached, to take measures to supervise the displacement of the Stéphanois supporters applicable from Sunday April 6 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.:
- Supporters of the Saint-Etienne Sports Association (ASSE) having reserved an entry ticket to the stadium and traveling in bus or minibus, must go on April 6, 2025 at 12 noon on a gathering point fixed at the Cressonnière area, on the A26, near Thélus from which they will be accompanied by the police to join the stadium. At the end of the match, they will be escorted and supervised to the highway;
- Stéphanois supporters moving individually will have to go directly to the visitors’ parking (P10);
- Stéphanois supporters authorized to make the trip cannot take advantage of the quality of Stéphanois supporter or behave as such within the perimeter defined by the prefectural decree and in the Bollaert-Delelis stadium outside the sector reserved for them;
- Anyone is prohibited for the quality of ASSE supporters or behaving as such, while it is helpless of tickets, access the Bollaert-Delelis de Lens stadium, to circulate or park on the public highway in the perimeter defined by the prefectural decree of April 2, 2025;
- In the enclosure and on the outskirts of the stage, within the perimeter described by the prefectural decree, will also be prohibited from the possession, transport and use of all firecrackers or smoke, flags and banners whose inscriptions call for provocation, violence or hatred, as well as all objects that can be used as a projectile. The possession and transport of all alcoholic beverages will also be prohibited.
Failure to comply with these measures is punishable by six months’ imprisonment and a fine of € 30,000. In the event of a conviction, the complementary sentence of a judicial prohibition of one year stadium is compulsory, unless otherwise reasoned.
The prefect of Pas-de-Calais calls on the Stéphanois and Lensois supporters to show respect for each other and to honor the common values included in the concept “ d’sportsmanship »,has Know tolerance, integration, respect, fair play and non-violence. The fervor initiated by this match must not make us forget the rules and responsibilities of each. No form of violence is acceptable.
