The results of graphological analyzes carried out on a letter of resignation sent on behalf of a municipal councilor at the town hall of Coin-lès-Cuvry (Moselle) demonstrate an identity theft on this missive, which has prevents the elected representative since January 2024 from accessing the debates, we learned on Sunday.
Julien Ruaro, a 39 -year -old father, presented himself in 2020 in the municipal elections on the only list in the running in this village of 800 inhabitants located about ten kilometers from Metz. In the results of the analysis, consulted by AFP, the graphologist expert concluded that the handwritten mentions, in particular on the letter sending the letter with acknowledgment of receipt, “are not the work of the various comparison scripts”, namely by Julien Ruaro or members of the municipal council, but “are to be assigned by the hand of an unidentified third party”.
