The water temperature in the bourgneuf bay and in that of the sting
You can discover below reliable and permanent figures on the Baie de Bourgneuf and L’Aiguillon whose measures observed- via multiparametric probes -are quite close-but slightly higher-from those of the Bay of Sables-d’Olonne.

The statements below are broadcast intermittently, depending on the state of the probes.
Probes (last known dates):
– On March 17, 2024, in the bay of Bourgneuf, the water temperature was 11.9 °
– On May 22, 2024, in Bourgneuf bay, the water temperature was 16.7 °
– On October 4, 2024, in the bay of Bourgneuf, the water temperature was 19 °.
– On March 14, 2024, in the bay of L’Aiguillon, it was 11.4 °
– On April 6, 2024, in the Baie de l’Aiguillon, it was 12.9 °
– On October 4, 2024, in the Baie de l’Aiguillon, the water temperature was 16.7 °.

Multiparametric probes in Bourgneuf berries and the sting
Via two follow -up stations, with buoys equipped with monitoring probes of shell development control parameters:
– namely temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity.
The detection of a brutal evolution of some of these parameters may give rise to the triggering of sampling and pollutant research campaigns in the main coastal emissaries.
