beIN Media Group et UC3the joint venture UEFA-ecaextended their agreement on media rights, ensuring that beIN SPORTS will continue to disseminate exclusively the main European club competitions in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia until 2027.
As part of this extension, Bein will provide the dissemination of UEFA flagship competitions, in particular:
- UEFA Champions League
- UEFA Women’s Champions League
- UEFA Europa League
- UEFA Conference League
Male competitions adopt this year a new format at 36 teams this year, removing the group phases and adding 20 % additional matches. BeIN subscribers will be able to follow these meetings in 23 countries in the MENA region and 10 countries in Asia. From 2025/26, UEFA Women’s Champions League will also introduce a redesigned format to 18 teams.
As every year, Bein will retain the exclusive rights of European matches on its BeIN Sports bouquet until 2027, covering 33 markets, including Algeria, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong and Indonesia.
