On May 4, the Tourism Department of the City of Da Nang said that during the 5 days of vacation, from May 30 to 4, the total number of visitors and tourists in the region was estimated at 610,000, an increase of more than 50 % compared to the same period in 2024.
Among them, the number of customers staying has reached around 230,395, including 105,000 international customers, an increase of 44 %. Total income from tourism is estimated at 2,426 billion VND.

Thanks to favorable weather and a variety of cultural, sporting and tourist activities that take place throughout the city, the occupancy rate of the rooms throughout the area has reached around 85 %.
Especially during peak days from April 30 to May 2, many accommodation establishments reached 100 % of their operational capacity. Not only are hotels in the central area, but also accommodation in the suburbs such as Nguyen Tat Thanh, Chieu, Hoa Bac link and Hoa Ninh coastal roads also recorded a full number of customers.
-Passenger transport activities to DA Nang also aroused enthusiasm. During the 5 days of vacation, DA Nang International Airport received 654 flights, an average of 130 flights/day, an increase of 12 % compared to normal days.
The rail industry welcomed more than 13,600 passengers; 18,100 visitors made a cruise on the Han river.
In particular, on April 30, the Aidastella cruise ship accosted to the port of Tien SA, transporting more than 2,000 international tourists from the United States, the United Kingdom, from Germany, Canada, the Netherlands … to visit the famous tourist attractions of the city such as Ngu Hanh Son, the Pagoda Linh Ung-SA TRA and the Cham Sculpture Museum.
