There are those who dream of a new Porsche 911, those who are fans and in love with the 911 of the past, and those who dream of a 911 reinvented as if it were built today: a restaurant, of course. And when it comes to Porsche, you think of Singer, who presented the new Porsche 911 Carrera Cup Reimagined, with a limited series of 100 copies, all built by hand in California on personal order.
It is therefore not a replica, but a declaration of love at the crossroads of the 1980s in Super Sport Equipment version, with, in this case, a slightly more sophisticated heart.
A 420 hp flat-six engine but …
Here, the opinions will be divided: the beating heart of this restaurant is the 4.0 -liter boxer 6 -cylinder engine, yes, but developed with Cosworth: atmospheric, 4 valves by cylinder, phase change, water -cooled heads and air cooled cylinders. This is the first time that Singer has presented these solutions together.

The result? 420 hp, an engine speed greater than 8,000 rpm and an answer on the entire diet range which promises analog purity and mechanical sensitivity. Added to this is the titanium exhaust, the 6 -speed manual gearbox and, as an option, the raised lever with visible mechanism.
Chassis 964, Red Bull Engineering
The base is always the same: the customer sends his Porsche 911 series 964, singing it, cleanses it and brings it to new. But that’s where Red Bull Advanced Technologies comes in. It is exactly the same company that has dominated Formula 1 in recent years and whose technical division is now able to develop motors and power units.

But in this case, the work is done on the chassis, reinforced by steel reinforcements and composite materials, studied on the simulation bench of the Formula 1 team.
Carbon fiber, 80s style, tailor -made aerodynamics
Aesthetically, the Carrera reimagined by Singer is a 911 of the 1980s, but resolutely more sculpted and modern. The body is made of carbon fiber, available with a fixed or mobile spoiler, and with retractable auxiliary headlights if necessary.
The air intakes of the rear wings bring fresh air to the engine, while the front splitter optimizes the load. The suspensions with four adjustments are derived from Turbo models. They have been controlled from the cockpit, with a nose lifting system.
The carbon-ceramic brakes, the 18-inch monotype rims, the Michelin Pilot Sport tires and the five driving modes complete a technical set that has nothing to envy that of a modern sports car.

A tailor -made interior
Inside, the cabin is fully customizable: each detail can be configured, hand -sewn leather to redesigned instrumentation as if it were a high watchmaking chronograph.
Sports or track seats, exclusive materials, possibility of integrating Carplay, navigation and air conditioning without breaking the visual balance. Hidden technology, obvious beauty.
Touring ou Sport
Singer has two configurations to its potential customers:
– Touring: paint ‘Celeste passalacqua’, interior March pink with velvet, active spoiler, sport seats and white rims.
– Sport: ‘Giallo Segnale’, Fixed wing, SPLITTER SPORT, black interior in Interferenza fabric, Track seats and rear safety arch.
For undecided, there is also the option of interchangeable body kits with a dedicated Flight Case. Singer did not announce the price: it is because there is no fixed price.
