Real Madrid is about to shoot a new page. According to sources close to the club, Brahim Diaz is expected to leave the White House at the end of the current season, the managers being willing to give up the Moroccan international to the most offering during the next summer transfer window.

This expected departure is part of a strategic reorientation of the Madrid club, eager to make a more important place in Turkish hope Arda Güler. Aged 19, the latter was able to convince the technical staff by his promising performances, to the point of considering for him a more central role in the coming seasons.

Arrived from Manchester City in 2018, Brahim Diaz, a native of Mallorca but representing Morocco on the international scene, has never really managed to establish itself as an essential element within the Madrid workforce. Despite two fruitful loans to AC Milan, where his talent and creativity were welcomed, he struggles to find a stable place in the attack by the Merengue, in particular due to fierce competition.

With 114 apparitions all competitions combined under the colors of Real Madrid, 20 goals registered and 19 assists, Brahim Diaz will have delivered some lightning lightnings, without however turning into an indisputable holder.

As the transfer market approaches, several European clubs should position themselves on its file. At 24, the Moroccan winger is at a decisive turning point in his career, and his next choice could well revive his trajectory at the highest level.
