A very difficult race for Aston Martin F1 and his two pilots tonight on the Sakhir circuit.
Fernando Alonso did not take advantage of the animated race or the safety car and it is 16th place on arrival. And always 0 points on the clock for him.
“We were not in the pace all weekend, and especially tonight. I extended my relay in medium tires, but the safety car has again rebalanced everything and we did not really benefit from it. We expected a difficult circuit and we have to improve the car for the next races. The challenge is different in Djeddah, so we see if we can do better next week.”
Lance Stroll was even further, 18th and penultimate on arrival …
