Ziguinchor, May 4 (APS) – The Minister of Hydraulics and Sanitation, Cheikh Tidiane Dièye proceeded, on Saturday, to the official launch of the 3rd edition of the “Assizes of the National Economy and Commerce”, an initiative of the National Union of Traders and Industrialists in Senegal (Unacois/Yessal), noted the APS.
Cheikh Tidiane Dièye says he is waiting a lot from the Unacois Yessal in the economic recovery of Senegal. »You of Unacois, you are and you should be on the front line, with all the actors of the same spirit, “he said.
For the Minister of Hydraulics and Sanitation, “Senegal must be built with the principle of economic patriotism and economic sovereignty, which will make it possible to control our natural resources”.
President Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye counts a lot on these meetings of the national economy and the trade of the Unacois Yessal and is waiting to receive the conclusions and recommendations resulting from this work, ”said Dièye.
-“We want through these foundations to build a sovereign, resilient, competitive and inclusive national economy” in line with the vision “Senegal 2050” advocated by the regime of President Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, he added.
He insisted on the fact that the economic transformation of Senegal could not be thought without a valuation of the territories, a mobilization of regional potential and a rooting of local dynamics.
These a day meetings brought together all the 14 delegations of the National Union of Traders and Industrialists in Senegal.
