A fatal accident cost the life of a driver this morning on Thursday, April 10 just before 8 a.m. on the N147 in Persac. The shock occurred at a place called La Porcelaine, between Lussac-les-Châteaux and Moulismes, at the crossroads with the D152, involving a car, a van and two heavy goods vehicles.
Among the four people affected, a 31 -year -old woman was declared who died on the spot by the Smur doctor. Three other people, slightly injured, were transported after assessment, one to the CHU de Poitiers and the other two in Montmorillon. About fifteen firefighters from Montmorillon, Lussac and L’Isle-Jourdain, were mobilized on site and the road cut to traffic.
Deviations put in place
Deviations have been put in place by the D727 to Montmorillon and by the D729 to Limoges, indicate the services of the prefecture. Traffic was able to resume normally after 11 a.m., according to Bison Futé.
-The gendarmes were also present to conduct the complete investigations which will enlist the circumstances of the accident.
