The organizing committee of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the actor artist, director, director and cultural promoter Issakha Digadimbaye, alias Mandargué, held a press briefing this Friday, May 2 at the Talino Manu cultural space.
This celebration aims to pay tribute to the exceptional journey of Mandargué, a true theater icon in Chad, as well as to enhance the achievements of the theatrical troupe Hassan Djamous and the cultural and artistic company Mandargué. These structures, which have largely contributed to the rise of Chadian culture, will be highlighted throughout the festivities.
At the heart of this commemoration, a month of intense activities is planned, with in particular the organization of living shows in N’Djamena in June 2025. There will result in a cultural tour in several provincial chiefs, including Sarh, Moundou, Pala, Amdjarass, Abéché and Bol.
Beyond artistic performances, the celebration is also intended to be united and citizen. It will include social actions such as visits and donations to fistulous women, urban cleaning operations, meal sharing, as well as animation in Chadian tales and legends intended for children from the SOS Children’s Village Center in the Djari district.
