It could have been the scenario of an episode of the new season of the Black Mirror series but it is however a dramatic story that has really just been played in India. Misha Agrawal, a young woman who was going to celebrate her 25 years later, committed suicide on April 24. It was her sister who announced the causes of her death on social networks by explaining that his disappearance would be linked to the loss of followers on her various personal social accounts and on those of the cosmetics she had founded, Mishcosmetics.in and Mish Hair Oil.

Agrawal had a law diploma and hoped to become one day judge, and his sister advised him to “consider Instagram as a simple entertainment and not to be consumed by him”.
