“A tragic accident”
Local police said that “there is currently no evidence of an attack or a deliberate act”. “Based on our current investigations, our colleagues on site think that this is a tragic accident,” said police on his X account.
A police spokesperson said that the tragedy had occurred “around 5:50 pm” and that the driver of the vehicle, a large 4×4 Mercedes Noir, had been arrested, without giving more details.
