Created in the 19th century, the Villa Montmorency was a private domain composed of vast residences, often hidden behind high walls and lush gardens. Here, no noise or traffic. It is a world apart, where security is maximum, anonymity preserved, and the prices of dizzying real estate – some villas are worth several tens of euros. For several years, the former President of the Republic and the former Lady have taken up residence there.
