Greece strengthens its fire -fighting capacities with the acquisition of eight Airbus H215 helicopters, as part of a contract signed between Airbus Helicopters and the Hellenic ministry of the climate crisis and civil protection.

Funding is provided by two European funds and the project was led by the project preparation Facility in Growthfund, the Greek National Fund.

Airbus Helicopters is a long -standing partner in Greece, active since the early 2000s in the civil, parapublic and military sectors.
