The second book fair held all its promises on Saturday, April 26.
Under the leadership of Anne Dupont, head of the media library, and with the precious help of the volunteers and assistants Chantal Glacon, Francis Duplouich and a few others, the event was a real success. No less than 24 authors, for children and adults, had responded, offering a day rich in discoveries and entertainment.
The highlight of the morning was the official inauguration in the presence of many elected officials whose deputy Philippe is.
Many partners
The day was also marked by the presence of many partners, who came to enhance their activities: the educational apiary, Anthemis Plants, the dart club with its motorcycle stand, the History, Heritage and Memory Association. Other activities punctuated in the afternoon, such as the performance of the Ensemble Cordes vocales, the workshops travel diary offered by the Buire media library, the Atelier de l Art Visual des 7 Vallées, As well as writing, poetry, folding books and readings and readings led by the RPE. The visual art workshop of the 7 valleys also aroused great interest.
Between literary discoveries, manual activities and artistic animations, it was impossible to be bored. In the morning, more than 230 visitors had crossed the doors of the show, testifying to the lively success of this edition.“More than a book fair, it is a real feast of the media library partners”emotionally summed up Anne Dupont, welcoming teamwork and general enthusiasm.
