“It has been more than a year now that the inhabitants of the Impasse Jules-Simon are flooded at the basement,” explains Roxane Huir. Seven years ago, the inhabitants of the Impasse Jules-Simon had received a letter from the town hall stipulating that the sewer system of the Impasse Jules-Simon was going to be redone. “The Jules-Simon Street had this repair,” says Roxane Huiez.
