“We are ready to move towards a ceasefire as soon as possible-and even today-if Russia is ready to take reciprocal measures to establish a complete silence, a lasting cease-fire of at least 30 days. It is a reasonable time to prepare the next steps. Russia must end the war and stop its assaults and bombardments,” he wrote on Telegram
