After a resplendent week for Parisians, with high temperatures for the start of May, time has quickly thunderstormwhat Samedi May 3 2025. A Violent hailstorm fell on the capital around 4 p.m., with impressive images of hailstones up to 4 centimeters and a few damage, since certain streets found themselves floodedwith a direct impact on a few metro stationsas on lines 9, 3 and 6still closed at 6 p.m.
Victor Hugo station on line 2 has already reopened. During floods, water torrents pour through the metro mouths and take several hours to evacuate.
