Appointed Minister to the President of the Republic, what are the attributes of Ahmadou Alhaminou Mohamed Lo?

This Saturday, May 3, we learn that by decree n ° 2025 – 674, Mr. Ahmadou Alhaminou Mohamed LO, is appointed Minister to the President of the Republic, responsible for monitoring the management and evaluation of the national transformation agenda “Senegal 2050”, with the rank of Minister of State.

The government has also given details concerning its powers. Thus, Ahmadou Alhaminou Mohamed Lo will have the missions of:

· Coordinate strategic management of major projects, programs and government reforms, ensuring their compliance with the Senegal 2050 vision.

· Ensure the management, in relation to the BOC, of ​​regular updating of the strategic diagnosis, for the purposes of the adaptations of the priorities of the Senegal 2050 agenda according to economic and social developments. He will also supervise the adjustment work, of the strategic declination of the Senegal 2050 vision and will ensure the continuous evaluation of the socio-economic impact of programs and projects if necessary.

· Supervise, in connection with the communication services of the Presidency of the Republic and the Office of Information and Communication Government (BIC GOUV), institutional communication on the Senegal 2050 agenda.

· Participate in inter -ministerial meetings and advice on the progress of the Senegal 2050 agenda, to take part in meetings and negotiations with technical and financial partners and to control the change management strategy focused on the national transformation agenda.
