Here is why Bougane Gueye Dany is summoned by the investigators

The Faidherbe Research Brigade (BR) sent a summons to Bougane Guèye Dany, President of the Gueum SA BOPP movement and CEO of the Dumédia group. It is quoted in a vehicle sale case following a complaint filed with this gendarmerie unit, according to Seneweb.

At the origin of this legal proceedings, a dispute linked to a transaction deemed irregular. The son of a deceased billionaire would have entrusted his vehicle to a friend for the holidays. The latter would have, without his knowledge, sold the car to Bougane Guèye Dany. Upon his return to Senegal, the real owner, surprised not to find his property anymore, filed a complaint to recover the vehicle.

Since then, the investigators have tried to prevail to Bougane Guèye Dany, but to no avail. It appears that he would currently be abroad. A relative of the political leader, however, assured the gendarmes that the latter will appear at the research brigade as soon as he returned to the country. Unlike the persistent rumors circulating on social networks, no active research measure has been launched against Bougane. “It is simply summoned as part of the investigation,” said a source close to the file.
