They raised the trophy as if they had just won the Brennus shield. At the foot of the podium, they were impatient. They already repeated their war cry, ready to explode with joy. If there was still a need to underline the work done at the rugby school of the Rugby Club Montceau Bourgogne by the educators, it was enough to see the Bouilles of the U8, U10 and U12 at the time of the awards at the Jean Bouveri stadium.
Not only did the RCMB imposed itself in U8 and U10, took second place in U12, but he won the general and took over the Challenge Laurent Repiquet, in memory of this Montcellian player who died in 2006. His family, notably his mother, came to attend the challenge.
The return of the Répiquet Challenge, even if it is the prerogative of the RCMB, the work of this day which brought together nearly 500 players and 13 clubs in the region, even of Tarare, it was essentially the fruit of Fabien Giraud, “the working ankle” underlined strongly, Jacky Rozier, president of the RCMB.
Fabien Giraud was obviously able to count on the 60 volunteers of the club, educators, referees and even the players of the first team. At the RCMB, we are a family where we are not.
