The DGSS sets Mozilla Firefox users against the risk of hacking

The Directorate General for Information Systems System has issued an alert concerning the Internet Mozilla Firefox browser with which users are threatened.

The same source reported a “vulnerability” affecting the browser, which has several users in Morocco. These are several safety flaws easily exploitable by hackers. These deficiencies could also serve as a circuit for access to personal information.

According to the alert bulletin, the risk level is “important” as the level of impact. This particularly concerns the Mozilla versions prior to 138.

The vulnerability detected by the DGSS can be corrected by an available security update.

“The exploitation of these vulnerabilities can allow a distant attacker to execute arbitrary code, access confidential data or raise his privileges,” said the DGSS, advocating please refer to the Mozilla security bulletin.
