Created in 2013, AFD carried out a historic breakthrough in the legislative elections of February 23, arriving second behind the Conservatives with a score of more than 20%, double the previous one.
“What is really extremist is not the popular AFD – which came second in the last elections – but rather the immigration policies at open borders of the establishment, to which AFD is opposed,” Rubio continued.
This is not the first time that the Trump administration has interfered in German politics, to the Dam of Berlin.

“This is democracy,” said the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs in English directly to Mr. Rubio on X, even adding: “Our history has taught us that it is necessary to stop right.”
