The facts occurred on the evening of Saturday, May 3 in the town of Taglio-Isolaccio.
Shortly after 10 p.m., firefighters were called for an accident involving a car and a motorcycle on RT 10, at a place called Ficajola.
Two people were injured and transported to the Bastia hospital center.
The state of health of the two-wheeler driver required its transfer to the Dragon 2B, the civil security helicopter.
On site, an important device was deployed by the emergency services with several vehicles of the firefighters of the Cervione and Lucciana barracks. A doctor and a nurse were also present.
On RT 10, the gendarmes regulated the circulation which was disturbed during the intervention.
For the time being, the circumstances of this accident remain unknown.
