A serious road accident occurred at 1:09 am this morning in the town of Miélan, in the Gers. A car alone was involved on the RD 1021, where traffic had to be fully interrupted at the level of the South Ouest Service company.
The shock, of extreme violence, injured four people: two seriously and two more slightly.
The first victim, a young man of 21, was ejected from the vehicle. He was aware of the arrival of help.
-The second victim, a young woman of 17, also ejected, was also aware.
The other two victims are two young men aged 19 and 25, classified in relative emergency.
A vast rescue system was quickly mobilized, bringing together 17 firefighters from Gers, with four ambulances, an outstanding vehicle, a marking vehicle, a group manager and a firefighter.
The victims were evacuated to the Auch hospital center: the first with a medical team, the second with a paramedical team.
